Junior Accountant

ALA Group is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance Team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated candidate with strong accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce.
• 1–3 years UAE experience preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge

• MS Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & basic formulas
• ERP/Accounting software knowledge is an advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Assist the Finance Team with various accounting and administrative tasks.
