Position: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT to support our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel, invoicing, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Support GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
• Check and verify vendor bills and payment documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Support senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Understanding of debit, credit, journal, ledger, and trial balance.
• Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / equivalent qualification.
• Tally certification or accounting-related training will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Two years experience with good Tally knowledge can apply.
• Candidates with 2–3 years of accounts experience will be preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

• Proper maintenance of financial records.
• Invoice and bill verification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
