Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial controls at our project sites. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing site-level financial documentation, and ensuring timely compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site cash, petty cash, vouchers, and day-to-day expenses.
• Verify and process vendor and subcontractor/contractor bills.
• Maintain material records, purchase documentation, and advances.
• Maintain accurate GST and TDS records and support statutory compliance.
• Assist in preparation and documentation of RA bills and project-related claims.
• Prepare site-level expense MIS and financial reports.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain complete, organised, and audit-ready financial documentation.
• Coordinate with the central Finance & Accounts team for accounting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are followed at the project site.
