Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with minimum 2 years of accounting experience who is proficient in Tally Prime and capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts in Tally Prime
• Handle Sales and Purchase Entries
• Manage Payroll processing
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (Bank Reco)
• Maintain proper Bookkeeping and ledger records
• Handle GST-related entries and basic compliance support
• Manage ESIC & PF entries and records
• Prepare invoices and maintain billing data
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting work
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
• Good understanding of Sales, Purchase & Ledger entries
• Experience in Payroll, PF & ESIC work
• Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation
• Basic knowledge of GST
• Familiar with MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / Accounting Diploma preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 Years in Accounting field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
