Junior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Purchase Entry, Sales Billing and Inventory Management.

Candidates who have experience working in an electrical shop, electrical trading company, electrical material supplier, switchgear/panel company, or have good knowledge of electrical items will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, bills, quotations and purchase documents.
• Handle Purchase Entry and Sales Entry in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Verify purchase invoices, quantities, rates and GST details.
• Maintain purchase, sales, billing and inventory records.
• Enter and maintain electrical item details, quantities and rates.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Store/Warehouse and suppliers.
• Check invoices and resolve discrepancies in rates or quantities.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory records.
• Maintain accurate day-to-day billing and accounting records.
• Prepare reports related to billing, purchase and stock as required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of Purchase Entry and Sales Entry.
• Knowledge of GST billing and invoice preparation.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Knowledge of electrical items is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy.

Candidates with experience in:

• Electrical Shop / Electrical Trading
• Electrical Material Supplier
• Electrical Panel / Switchgear Industry
• Industrial Electrical Store
• Electrical Project Procurement & Billing

Electrical Item Knowledge

Knowledge of items such as cables, wires, MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, switches, control components, electrical panels and other electrical materials will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience in Billing, Accounts, Purchase Entry or Electrical Trading.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
