Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive and dynamic Junior Accountant who brings solid accounting experience but also a fresh, modern approach to finance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage the day-to-day finances of a fast-moving business while helping us improve processes, reporting and financial controls as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports
• Manage accounts payable, receivables and collections
• Handle bank, customer and supplier reconciliations
• Manage supplier payments, expenses and payroll
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and support Corporate Tax compliance
• Monitor cash flow and upcoming financial commitments
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and audit documentation
• Identify discrepancies, unnecessary costs and opportunities to improve financial processes

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and accounting practices
• Confident managing the full accounting cycle independently
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded
• Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who brings new ideas and better ways of doing things, rather than simply maintaining existing processes
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, trading, merchandise, manufacturing or another fast-growing SME.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
