Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting, billing, vendor/customer ledgers and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, billing and expenses.
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
- Track payments and outstanding amounts.
- Prepare basic MIS and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, Production and Dispatch teams.
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
