Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, and coordination with the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in preparation of payroll-related accounting and expense statements.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding accounting and financial matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
• Verify bills, expenses, purchase invoices, and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments and collections.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
