Hiring: Junior Accountant / Accounts Assistant

Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers with strong tally/accounting fundamentals welcome)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. You will support day-to-day bookkeeping, vendor/client reconciliations, voucher entry, and basic tax filing prep under the supervision of senior accountants and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day voucher entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Journal) in TallyPrime .
• Performing monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and vendor/debtor ledger reconciliations.
• Processing invoices, verifying basic bills, and maintaining organized physical/digital accounting vouchers.
• Assisting in preparing monthly data for GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and quarterly TDS calculations.
• Supporting senior staff with monthly payroll summaries and basic financial finalization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com or relevant commerce diploma.
• Practical hands-on experience with TallyPrime / Busy / MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Good grasp of the Golden Rules of Accounting, journal entries, and basic TDS/GST concepts.
• Punctual, organized, and eager to learn in a structured accounting/consulting setup.
