Junior Accountant

Shrinivas Enterprises is a multi-brand authorized industrial distributor, operating since 1983. We supply safety & PPE, lubricants, adhesives, abrasives, tapes, MRO and industrial tools to manufacturing and pharma plants across the region.

Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to run our day-to-day accounting and billing operations on TallyPrime (latest version).

Responsibilities

• Enter sales and purchase bills in TallyPrime accurately and on time
• Generate e-invoices and e-way bills from TallyPrime
• Raise debit and credit notes
• Maintain stock records and prepare stock reports
• Upload invoices on customer ERP and vendor portals
• Prepare and share a weekly MIS report with management
• Reconcile party ledgers and follow up on discrepancies

Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent
• 1-3 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong Tally skills may apply)
• Hands-on experience with TallyPrime (latest version), including inventory vouchers
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Understanding of GST, e-invoicing and e-way bill rules
• Accuracy, punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines

Good to have

• Experience in a trading or distribution business
• Familiarity with customer vendor portals (Ariba, SAP or similar)
