JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our General Trading company. Freshers with good accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.

Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payments.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist with customer payment and outstanding balance follow-ups.

Enter and maintain accounting data in Tally Prime.

Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Assist with VAT-related documentation and basic accounting reports.

Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and administration teams for accounting-related matters.

Perform other day-to-day accounting and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Freshers can apply.

Knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

UAE experience will be an advantage.
