WE ARE HIRING – JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team.

Position: Junior Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: at least 3 years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of VAT and UAE VAT regulations
• Practical experience in VAT preparation and filing
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• UAE accounting experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and transactions
• Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations
• Assist with monthly financial reporting
• Prepare and maintain VAT-related records and documentation
• Assist with VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding accounting matters
• Perform other accounting and Strong numerical and analytical skills.
