Junior Accountant

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

Minimum: 0-2 Years into day to day accounting.

Purchase Invoice Booking in Tally Prime.

Tech:

Proficient in MS Excel and software like Tally.

Skills:

High accuracy in data entry and basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily transactions in Tally Prime under the guidance of the Senior Accountant.
• Record purchase invoices, expenses, payments and receipts.
• Pass basic journal entries.
• Maintain and update cash and bank books.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledger entries.
• Assist in checking purchase bills and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, vouchers and payment documents.
• Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare basic Excel reports and statements.
• Assist in collecting documents required for GST and TDS compliance.
• Assist the Accounts Executive in GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Follow up for missing invoices and accounting documents.
• Maintain daily accounting records accurately.
• Assist with monthly accounting activities and other tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
