Junior Accountant

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. This is a great role for someone who is eager to learn and wants to handle the day-to-day financial pulse of the firm. You will be responsible for keeping our books up to date and ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Tally Entries: Handle all daily accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Documentation: Maintain organized files for all invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Banking: Assist with basic banking tasks and bank reconciliations.
• Clerical Support: Help the team with general administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Software Proficiency: Must have practical knowledge of Tally.
• Excel: Must know how to use Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting.
• Accounting Basics: A clear understanding of debit/credit and basic bookkeeping.
• Mindset: You must be eager to learn and ready to take on new responsibilities as you grow with us.

Preferred (A Plus)

• Knowledge of GST filing.
• Experience generating E-way bills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
