Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and billing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and billing work.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and accounting records.
• Manage sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Maintain ledgers and assist with bank reconciliation.
• Handle billing through MARG or Tally.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
• Assist with routine accounting and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.
• Good practical knowledge of Tally or MARG.
• Strong knowledge of billing and day-to-day accounting.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should be decent, presentable, responsible, and well-mannered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
