Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, processing of payments and reconciliation of accounts
• Monitor the accounts payable and receivables
• Preparation monthly budget and forecasting
• Work closely with Chinese counterparts and collaborate with different department to develop and maintain budget ensuring that financial goals align with overall business objectives
• Handle/process payroll
• Handle admin tasks, and HR functions

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting or any Business Related Course
• Good English communication skills
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (oral and writing, is a plus)
• At least 3 years of general accounting experience, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, mining, accounting firm or logistics industry
• Knowledgeable BIR Compliance
• Keen to details
• Dependable, Reliable, Open-minded, and trustworthy
• Can work with minimum supervision
