Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Tally Operator to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist the Finance & Accounts team with routine reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and expense records.
• Handle bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
• Support the senior accountant/finance team during audits and month-end closing.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
