Junior Accountant

Financial & Accounting Operations

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain proper accounting entries in the accounting software.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger entries, and journal vouchers.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation and verify transaction records.
• Monitor petty cash transactions and maintain supporting records.

Hospital Billing & Revenue Monitoring

• Verify OP/IP billing collections received from front office and billing department.
• Check daily cash collections, online payments, card transactions, and deposit records.
• Reconcile patient billing records with finance records.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on pending dues when required.
• Coordinate with insurance / TPA billing team for claim-related financial documents.

Vendor & Purchase Payment Coordination

• Process vendor invoices for medicines, medical consumables, equipment, and general purchases.
• Verify purchase bills with purchase orders and goods received details.
• Maintain payment schedules for suppliers and service providers.
• Assist in processing salary payments and staff reimbursement claims.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and financial records.
• Support GST/TDS documentation and statutory compliance activities.
• Assist during internal and external audits by preparing required financial documents.
• Ensure confidentiality of hospital financial and patient-related billing information.

Inventory & Department Coordination

• Coordinate with pharmacy, stores, and purchase department for stock-related financial verification.
• Verify medicine purchase bills and departmental expense records.
• Support inventory valuation and stock reconciliation when required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
