Junior Accountant

• Maintain Journal Entries, General Ledger and Accounts Receivable.
• Handle receivables, outstanding payments and follow-ups.
• Perform ledger reconciliation and party-wise reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and bank reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Handle Payroll and Salary Processing.
• Working knowledge of statutory compliances including PT, PF, TDS and ESIC.
• Assist in audit preparation and audit-related activities.
• Assist seniors/management in finalisation of accounts.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor amounts receivable and outstanding balances.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and provide timely reports to management.
• Perform other accounts and MIS-related work assigned by management from time to time.
