What they need
About the role
Be the key finance partner in a fast-growing BPO startup supporting a UK-based fintech company. You'll ensure compliance, accuracy, efficiency in accounting and collaborating with international teams.
Key responsibilities
- Record, categorise daily transactions in Breezing
- Manage and set up billing in QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reports
- Support financial reconciliations and other reports requested by the client or internal team
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure compliance with client's deliverables
- Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed by the VP, Finance and Assistant Manager
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
- Practical experience in bookkeeping, journal entry preparation, and month-end adjustments
- Hands-on familiarity with accounting software
- CPA or ACCA affiliation (nice to have)
- Digital asset reconciliation, fintech industry experience (nice to have)
- Experience in UK accounting (nice to have)
- Experience with Quickbooks and Breezing (nice to have)
