About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to support our accounting, financial documentation, billing, and customer account operations.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates interested in developing practical experience in accounting, ERP systems, financial reporting, and UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions using the company's ERP system.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare customer Statements of Account (SOA), aging reports, and other financial reports.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support UAE VAT calculations, return preparation, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Assist with UAE Corporate Tax records, calculations, and compliance documentation.
• Respond to customer queries regarding invoices, rental charges, security deposits, refunds, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Follow up on overdue payments, traffic fines, Salik charges, parking charges, and other outstanding amounts.
• Support rental contract renewals, extensions, amendments, and related financial adjustments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Fleet, and Sales teams to resolve billing and account discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents for audits and compliance.
• Follow company procedures, internal controls, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail when handling financial records, invoices, and payments.
• Ability to learn new systems, follow procedures, and work collaboratively.
