Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Daily Transactions: Record day-to-day financial transactions, supplier bills, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in managing vendor payments, tracking customer aging reports, and supporting follow-ups on outstanding collections.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations.

2. Field & Mobility Duties (Driving Component)

• Branch/Site Visits: Travel to different company sites to verify physical cash, sales records, and stock.
• External Errands: Handle bank deposits/withdrawals, collections, government or free-zone document drop-offs, and supplier or client paperwork deliveries.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain and ensure safe operation of the company vehicle used for work tasks.

3. Reporting & Administrative Support

• Financial Reporting: Support the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing documents.
• Data Entry & ERP: Maintain clean ledgers using accounting software and tools (such as MS Excel, Tally, etc).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, spreadsheets).
• Working knowledge of accounting software Tally.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and basic bookkeeping.
• Valid UAE Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable for independent field travel.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Required)
