Job Description

Green Desert Aquarium Trading LLC, a well-established aquarium retail and trading company in Dubai, is looking for a Junior Accountant (Fresher) to join our team immediately.

We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate with strong accounting knowledge and practical experience using Tally accounting software.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting activities, including purchases, sales, inventory, payroll assistance, online orders, and import-related documentation.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have the necessary accounting knowledge and practical Tally skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain purchase and sales transactions in Tally.
• Manage stock journals, inventory entries, and stock-related accounting records.
• Verify and reconcile online orders and related payments.
• Assist with payroll preparation and salary records.
• Maintain import-related accounting entries and shipment documentation.
• Monitor and record social media advertising expenses.
• Support daily accounting and administrative operations.
• Prepare accounting reports and statements using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and management teams to ensure accurate records.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Basic Photoshop knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Important Note

This vacancy is specifically for fresher or entry-level candidates. However, applicants must already possess the necessary accounting knowledge and practical Tally skills to handle the responsibilities mentioned above.
