Job Summary

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Review Receiving Reports (RR), Delivery Receipts (DR), Sales Invoices (SI), and related documents
• Prepare financial reports and financial statements
• Handle inter-company transactions
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support inventory accounting and reconciliation
• Help improve accounting systems and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1–2 years of accounting experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and inventory accounting
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (Acumatica, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantage
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
