Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, banking activities, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, Microsoft Excel, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within prescribed timelines.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Prepare invoices and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage banking transactions, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and online banking.
• Coordinate with banks for KYC updates, account documentation, address changes, and other banking formalities.
• Maintain organized records of all accounting and banking transactions.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tally.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Knowledge of banking operations, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and online banking.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
• Candidates residing in or willing to commute to South Mumbai (Fort / Kala Ghoda) are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
