Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support the accounts and finance department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, recording daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting and other accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
• Record receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
• Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance as required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST and TDS is an advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
