About the Company

Raisoni Jauharis is a growing lab-grown diamond jewellery manufacturing and retail brand, committed to quality, transparency, and excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Surat office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Record and manage transactions using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Assist with GST-related accounting, GST reconciliation, and return preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify daily banking transactions.
• Maintain cash books, petty cash records, and expense statements.
• Track vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain financial records, accounting reports, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist senior accountants with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Support inventory-related accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of jewellery purchases, sales, and manufacturing-related transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payment, and accounting requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data management.
• Understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and a responsible attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Previous accounting experience in the jewellery, diamond, manufacturing, or retail industry.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and purchase/sales reconciliation.
• Familiarity with GST invoices, e-invoicing, and accounting compliance.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
