Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The candidate will assist with maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain daily accounting records and enter financial transactions into accounting software.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger balances.
• Maintain cash books, general ledgers, and other accounting records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support GST calculations, GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities as applicable.
• Verify bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
