Core Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Generate and send client invoices, track overdue payments, verify vendor bills, and process payments.
- Journal Entries & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions and post journal entries into accounting software.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts to fix discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and budget summaries.
- Payroll & Expenses: Gather payroll data, check employee timesheets, and review expense reports for policy compliance.
- Audit Support: Gather documentation and help resolve questions during internal and external audits.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
