Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support our day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly closing procedures. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a finance or commerce graduate looking to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting under the guidance of senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Transactions: Post and process daily journal entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into the accounting system.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming vendor invoices, issue customer bills, track aging accounts, and ensure timely collections and payouts.
• Bank & Ledger Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, vendor accounts, and general ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit & Documentation Support: Maintain a well-organized digital and physical filing system for financial records, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (b.com), or a closely related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of accounting or internship experience. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome to apply.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with Tally Prime and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Technical Knowledge: Double-entry bookkeeping, Basic TDS & GST knowledge.
• Soft Skills: High numerical accuracy, sharp attention to detail, strong time-management capabilities, and absolute discretion when handling confidential financial data.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
