Job Title: Junior Accountant

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Reporting to: Senior Accounts Executive

Job Location: Thane

Job Description:

1. Record and maintain Tally entries for various accounting and financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, banking, and cash transactions.

2. Banking-related accounting work

• Record and reconcile bank transactions in Tally.
• Handle day-to-day banking activities, including cheque deposits, payments, and fund transfers
• Payments of Electricity, Credit Cards, Telephone bill etc. before due dates

3. Managing Petty Cash along with checking vouchers, ensuring claims are as per company policies and maintaning MIS

4. Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant on all accounting and taxation matters.

5. Purchases

6. Prepare monthly creditor reports.

7. Record and maintain Tally entries for purchases and expenses through designated bank accounts as below
