JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Verify purchase/sales invoices, GRNs, and supporting documents.
• Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and perform ledger reconciliation.
• Record bank transactions and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Assist with GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accounting records, vouchers, inventory, and fixed asset records.
• Support monthly account closing and preparation of MIS reports.
• Provide supporting documents for statutory and internal audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications-

• B.Com / M.Com preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Manufacturing or import-export industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation.
• Knowledge of bank entries and routine accounting procedures.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
