Junior Accountant

We have an urgent job opening for the post of Junior Accountant

About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com degree, good accounting knowledge, and an interest in learning day-to-day accounting operations, Tally, GST, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in maintaining cash books and bank books.
• Work on Tally and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
• Assist with GST-related records and documentation.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with team members for accounting-related activities.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com degree from a recognized university.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally
• Good Knowledge of GST and Tally
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting

Upon your joining, you will go through a two days training program where you will be taught counselling skills and product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
