Job Description

Royal Ocean India Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to handle the company’s day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and transactions.
• Handle billing, invoices, vouchers, receipts and payments.
• Maintain purchase and sales records.
• Handle bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash and daily expense records.
• Work efficiently on Tally and MS Excel.
• Handle basic GST and TDS-related work.
• Maintain records of outstanding payments and follow-ups.
• Prepare accounting reports and MIS as required by management.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounts-related records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
• B.Com or relevant qualification preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, billing and accounting procedures.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Must be accurate, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.
