Job Description

Realco Power LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, project accounting, vendor payments, taxation and statutory compliance. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records while supporting industrial project execution and business operations.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, HVAC or industrial companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and process vendor and customer invoices.
• Maintain purchase and sales records, with proper filing of invoices and vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliation and prepare reports related to bank transactions.
• Process RTGS/NEFT payments and cheque deposits.
• Maintain TDS/GST data entries and assist with statutory compliance.
• Process employee reimbursements and maintain records of advances and deductions.
• Maintain project-wise costing records and record project-related expenses and labour charges.
• Track work bills, running bills and outstanding amounts.
• Prepare delivery challans and invoices for ongoing projects.
• Maintain petty cash entries.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders on accounts and payments.
• Support monthly financial reporting (MIS) and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• B.Com or a relevant qualification.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS and basic accounting principles.
• Skills in bank reconciliation, vendor payment management and documentation.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary

₹25,000 per month, subject to the candidate’s suitability and final discussion.
