Junior Accountant

We're Hiring: Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant & Admin Assistant to join our furniture manufacturing and joinery division in Ajman. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling daily accounting, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, invoices, expenses, and payments.
• Handle data entry and update records in the ERP/accounting system.
• Track supplier invoices, payments, petty cash, and factory expenses.
• Maintain purchase records, inventory data, and material consumption reports.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
• Handle general office administration, filing, and record-keeping.
• Support day-to-day factory operations with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, joinery, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with factory and procurement teams.
