Junior Accountant

Job Overview:

Octoplay is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintaining accurate accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and

general ledger entries.

● Assisting with the calculation of client revenue share, preparation of supporting schedules and

posting of sales invoices in Dynamics365.

● Assisting with month-end close process, including reconciliations, accruals and adjustments.

●Supporting the statutory audit process and preparation of financial statements.

● Assisting in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls.

● Provide ad-hoc financial reports and support finance-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in the Gaming industry.

● In the stages of acquiring accounting qualifications, such as ACCA or University Degree

● Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

● Organised and detail-oriented person.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

● Able to work in a dynamic environment.

● Eager to learn and to deliver on expectations.
