Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Position: Junior Accountant
Segment: SCM (Supply Chain Management)
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Company:
A renowned foreign multinational group established in 1912, with business operations across Construction, Energy, Infrastructure, Environment, and Precision & Electronics, supporting industries and essential social infrastructure worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Invoicing & GST Compliance

• Prepare and issue customer invoices as per Indian GST regulations.
• Ensure correct CGST, SGST, IGST, and HSN/SAC classification.
• Reconcile sales registers with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Coordinate with the sales team and resolve customer invoicing queries.

2. Monthly Sales Reporting

• Prepare monthly product-wise sales reports.
• Reconcile sales data with books of accounts and the general ledger.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.

3. Import Purchase Bill Booking

• Record import purchase invoices and related expenses.
• Account for Bill of Entry, IGST on imports, freight, insurance, and clearing & forwarding charges.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt notes.

4. General Accounting

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual book closing.
• Support statutory audits and month-end closing.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Pass journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Finance & Accounts.
Strong knowledge of Indian GST laws and compliance.
Understanding of Customs Duty, BCD, IGST on imports, and SWS.
Experience with Tally / SAP / Zoho or other ERP systems.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accounting accuracy.
