Junior Accountant

Job Purpose

To support the Accounts & Finance team in managing vendor transactions, purchase documentation, accounts payable activities, procurement coordination, and hardware delivery logistics while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and proper documentation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain approved vendor masters and supporting documents.
• Process purchase requests and prepare vendor purchase orders after obtaining necessary approvals.
• Verify and record vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Maintain vendor ageing reports and prepare payment requests.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding order confirmation, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Verify received hardware and report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials.
• Coordinate courier bookings, e-way bills, shipping documents, and hardware
• deliveries.
• Track shipments and maintain proof of delivery and related records.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions and proper documentation.
• Support the Accounts & Finance team in vendor reconciliations and other related activities.

Internship & Confirmation

The selected candidate will undergo a three-month internship to gain practical experience in accounts payable, procurement documentation, vendor coordination, and logistics management. Confirmation will be based on performance, learning ability, accuracy, discipline, and overall suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
