Junior Accountant Female

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, with a strong focus on accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding customer balances.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, statements, and related financial documents.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding payments and account-related matters.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
• Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience, preferably in a trading or electronics company.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
