Job Summary

Cloudex Radiology is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant – Trainee to support billing, accounting, reconciliation, branch verification, and finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting, billing, receipts, payments, purchases, and expenses.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with bank, cash, receivable, and payable reconciliation.
• Support GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and month-end activities.
• Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, collections, and branch-level records.
• Visit Cloudex centres periodically for billing, cash, documentation, and financial verification.
• Coordinate with centre staff, HR, Operations, and other departments.
• Assist with audit and other finance-related activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Tally or accounting software is an advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical, communication, and reconciliation skills.
• Willingness to visit different Cloudex centres.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may apply.
