JUNIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST
A Junior Accounting Analyst supports the accounting team by preparing financial records, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, analyzing financial data, and assisting with monthly and year-end reporting.
KEY DUTIES:
- Prepare daily sales, POS, cash and deposit reconciliations.
- Match bank entries, invoices and payments to records.
- Prepare weekly account schedules and exception logs.
- Trace variances and request missing support from teams.
- Assist with journal entries and month-end schedules.
- Maintain organized, traceable reconciliation files.
- Escalate unresolved items for senior review.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy or related field
- Fresh graduates considered or up to 2 years in accounting
- Accounting entries; transaction matching; Excel; accurate records and follow-up
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
