Junior Accounting & Client Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a CPA who is interested in applying their accounting knowledge beyond traditional accounting work and becoming involved in accounting systems, software implementation, and client support. This role combines accounting expertise with technology, systems implementation, and client-facing work.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of financial, HRIS, and CRM software solutions for clients and projects
• Apply accounting knowledge in configuring, reviewing, and implementing system solutions
• Assist clients with accounting-system concerns and provide practical guidance
• Respond to client inquiries and help resolve system-related issues
• Participate in testing newly developed and enhanced system features
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout implementation projects
• Help ensure that implemented solutions support actual business and accounting processes

About you

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP, or financial systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Willing to work in a client-facing, systems-oriented environment
