Role Description

Vital day-to-day financial, bookkeeping, and administrative support to a company's accounting team or finance manager. Ensure accurate record-keeping, process routine financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and help maintain an organized finance function.Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage customer billings, issue payments, and track outstanding balances.
• Bank & Ledger Reconciliations: Match and reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and credit card transactions.
• Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Take Up received invoice / Record daily financial transactions
• Month-End & Audit Support: Assist senior accountants with journal entries, expense reports, gathering audit documentation, and closing procedures.
• Administrative Communication:Handle vendor and client inquiries, manage office mail/filing, and support general department coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting
• Experience with Invoicing procedures
• Excellent Communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in accounts similar role is a plus
