The Junior Accounting Associate assists the Team Leaders with bookkeeping, managing accounts and clerical duties.

• Preparation of Sales Journal Book and Cash Release Books
• Preparation of Monthly Sales List and Summary List of Withholding Tax

Purchase to Pay

• Preparation of Purchase Book and Cash Disbursement Book
• Preparation of Monthly List of Purchases and Expanded Withholding Tax
• Preparation of Quarterly Alpha list

Payroll

• Preparation of Payroll Schedule, Payroll Summary for Withholding Tax
  on Compensation
• Preparation of Benefits Guide

Statutory

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual BIR Forms
• Encoding of Summary List of Sales and Purchases in BIR system
• Preparation of Summary List of Withholding Taxes

Omega

• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Lapsing Schedule and Amortization Schedule
• Preparation of Journal Entries and Journal Books
• Preparation of General Ledger and Trial Balance
• Preparation of draft Financial Statements

§  Any tasks assigned by Team Leaders

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy (Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting)
• Willing to be trained and willing to learn
• No work experience required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
• Willing to do client based work
