Junior Accounting

About the role

Jr. Accounting position for one of the largest FMCG cosmetic companies in South Jakarta. The role involves handling General Ledger activities, performing daily accounting and financial administration, and supporting the Finance & Accounting team in operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle General Ledger (GL) activities and ensure accurate accounting records
• Perform daily accounting and financial administration
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting processes
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and supporting schedules
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure data accuracy
• Support the Finance & Accounting team in daily operational activities
• Ensure proper filing and administration of financial documents

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or related role
• Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
• Good understanding of accounting principles and General Ledger
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with high accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
