Junior Accounting

BLUZEN specializes in supporting IT infrastructures and maintenance for global Korean companies in the construction, automobile, retail and manufacturing sectors. We support our partners with offices in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Preferable:

• Malaysian
• Able to travel with your own transport.
• Experience in e-Invoicing (e-Invoice) and bookkeeping is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Malaysian e-Invoice requirements and accounting processes is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
• Core Duties: Handle day-to-day full-set bookkeeping, process invoices/payments, and perform regular bank reconciliations accurately.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Act as the primary financial liaison between the Malaysia office, the Singapore accounting team, and the external Malaysian accounting firm.
• Year-End & Compliance: Maintain meticulously organized records to ensure a smooth, hassle-free handover to the external accounting firm for year-end closing and corporate tax submissions. (Note: SST experience is not required).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to adapt to the Singapore team's current processes and willingness to help implement dedicated accounting software in the future is a strong plus.
• Work Style: Highly independent, proactive, and organized. Must possess strong English communication skills for seamless reporting to the Singapore office.
