Junior Accounting

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accordance with company accounting procedures.
• Assist in processing vendor invoices, payment requests, employee expense claims, and reimbursement documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable records and ensure timely updates.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and other supporting documents before processing payments.
• Assist in monitoring project-related expenses and maintaining accurate cost records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, cash flow records, and other accounting schedules.
• Support tax administration and the preparation of documents required for tax reporting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, project teams, and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and other financial matters.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, financial transactions, and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience handling vendor invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax administration is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
• Proactive, responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
