Junior Accounting Controller

We are a pioneering deep tech startup dedicated to developing innovative solutions in Agritech. Our team thrives on creativity, technology, and scientific advancement. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our finance team and support our financial operations.

Scope of Work

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports efficiently
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Reconcile bank and financial accounts regularly
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and basic budgeting activities
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with filings
• Prepare financial reports and data analysis as needed
• Support process improvements to optimize financial workflows

MUST HAVE

• GPA > 3.2
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and team player
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup setting
