- Data Entry: Accurately input supplier invoices, customer payments, receipts, and journal entries into accounting software.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor bills and track outstanding balances.
- Reconciliations: Match bank statements and general ledger transactions to spot and resolve discrepancies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical filing systems for receipts, purchase orders, and financial documents.
